The colourful, sticky little fishes are as popular as the common clown
fish but as rare as ghost pipe fishes sometimes. But there's no need to
worry. We caught some for you.

The best thing is to simply click through all the pages of this website.
Here you'll find everything you need. From the newest product that
didn't even make it into any catalogue yet, to the rarety that we still
have in stock, but you won't find anywhere else. If you still want a
copy that you can view offline, you can download a PDF-version of our
catalogue.

| 3. Which payment methods do you offer? |
You can pay with credit card, Paypal or prepayment by bank transfer. All the data you need will be
provided to you during the order process.

| 4. What are the shipping costs? |
As simple as possible, we thought, took a map and drew four circles.
One for Germany, one for Switzerland, one for Europe and one for the World. That should be
enough. We don't want to ship any further.

Liechtenstein, San Marino, Vatican City.

| 5. How long does the shipping take? |
It's been said before, but we want to say it again anyway: The time of shipping
depends on many different factors including the mood of the postman, the
weather, the pressure in the truck's tires, the neighbour's dog and so
on, so we can't guarantee for anything. But we still want to give you an idea:

** Attention World: Deliveries to the zone "world" can vary a lot. Maybe you will get your package earlier, but it can take
up to 6 weeks.
*** Attention World: To the zone "world" we ship mainly with Deutsche Post/DHL. This service does not include tracking and it takes
longer. We also offer you to send you order by UPS, which includes tracking and is generally faster. If you are interested in shipping
with UPS, please write something about that in the comment to your order and we will send you a quotation of how much the delivery with UPS would cost more.

| 6. Can I exchange the products or give them back? |
Of course, you can. Until two weeks after you bought them. It is enough if you send out the
package on time. With your delivery you will receive a packing slip for your return. On it you will find the details
on how to return or exchange the products.

| 7. I have a gift voucher. How do I use it? |
If you received this voucher by following a link to this website, then you have probably already gotten
the message that you have redeemed a gift voucher. There is nothing left for you to do but start shopping. The amount of
the voucher has been saved to your customer account here. It will be subtracted from the next order you place.
If you received a gift voucher with a code from us, you have to enter the code into the appropriate field during the order
process. Then click on "Redeem" and the amount will be saved to your customer account and directly substrated from your order.
